Hey guys,

Well I work at a photo place in boston and for some reason one of the computers (Dell) is having a video problem. When I turn on the computer the monitor does not turn on.....this happened after the same thing happened to the computer next to it....I re-installed that one but I do not want to do it to this one....can someone help me out?

thank You

Sean

How old are the computers and what type of onboard is it? It could be that the onboard video (not something I would recommend using at a graphic heavy place like a photoshop) died. You can get cheap PCI cards if the mobo does not support AGP slots. When you start up the computer does it give the POST beeps like normal and the monitor just stays black and the LED remains dim?
