will this card suitable to flash from pro to xt-pe?

Yes all XT-PE Cards use VIVO and you will still have it. never dissapears. and Yes you can flash it to XT

First test out the oc's to make sure it can handle xt-pe speeds. (520/560)

I'd also read around more on this subject. It heard that a lot of people who flashed their cards are now having them die.

There was a reason why ATI disabled those pipes in the first place
