Is this card good for overclocking?

Searching did not reveal much information:

Is this card 128bit or 256?

I have read about complication with some mobo agp slots, anything perticular with asus a7n8x-e dlx?

My brother has a 9800 with arctic cooling vga silencer 2 on the a7n8x-e deluxe and no problems there. The card does have a 256-bit memory interface too. As for overclocking, they don't go too much past stock speeds.
