Here is pic of my dual watercooled rev3...

Well after i saw some sort of algea in my tube i decided to taook everything a part and mantain the setup. I also change the loop abit for less tubing.

Specs:

Dual 1700+ DLT3C @ 2430 Mhz with 1.82v each
Asus A7M266-D rev1.03
2x 512MB Corsair DDR266 ECC registered
Leadtek GF41t4400 @300core/700mem softmodded to Quadro

2 x Swiftech MCW 5002As, Heatcore with 2 x 120mm alu fans in push and pull, MCP600.

The system has been watercooled for almost 2 yrs .

Here are pics, can someone give me ideas how to hide those wires? it looks messy i know

Let me know what you think,

Thanks,
-MameXP
PS. OH thats not HydrX, its just a mixture of antifreeze coolant and distilled water

Looks good man. What tape is that you are using on your heatercore to seal your shrouds? Also is that 2 different fans on your heatercore?

Its alu tape. It bonds very strong. The shroud is made from an alu sheet.

Oh yeah i forgot to add, i removed one alu fan at the front and replaced with with Antec blue led fan just for the look.

Yeah i know its... messy but its damn hard to arrange the tubing, ... i will just leave it as is.

There may be some issues with the disparity between HC fans, if they are dissimilar enough then they, in push pull, can begin to disrupt flow and fight each other. As long as they are close in regards to their attributes then there isnt a huge problem, and as you've gone successfully for 2 years I'm sure it runs fine, but you may be able to improve the performance of that over-fin airflow with another evercool or two of the blue led ones if you want the front grill look.

for the wires... One thing I've seen and tried that works really well for non-wrapped wires is reversal of hard drives. Go ahead and set them, plug them in, and then mount them in the 3.5 slots backwards, and the wires will not protrude into your main airflow.

for the MB power... I've found that sectionally wrapping it in electrical tape and affixing it up the back side, under the psu, and to the psu leads via either adhesive couplers (they come with nearly every motherboard) or just zip ties in opportune places cleans that up well.

for the joined-up molex fan/pump extensions... It may be trickier, but if you really wanna streamline things you may want to look at stripping those down, removing the molex connectors, and wrapping/sleeving them. As stated before electrical tape carefully wrapped is my budget weapon of choice, and I generally try to find some method to have those leads flush to the walls of the case.

Good luck, great system, impressive shelf life.

When was your previous drain and refill before this one? Certainly not all 2 years?

Great tips jackrungh! I will be cable managing my system once I get my watercooling setup going.

the fans specs are relatively close. And i just replaced the fan like 2 days ago.

My previous drain and fill was 6 months ago. Yeah thats why i'm gonna put some biciode into the coolant soon.

Is there any reason that your whole system is 1/2" tubing but between the CPU and NB block its only 3/8". Almost seems like a waste to have 1/2" tubing if your going to restrict the flow with that little piece of line there...

Yes there is, I cant get the blocks to install right with 1/2"ID tubing. It will bend too much that more force pushing on the blocks sideway (remember my blocks mounting is not using 4 holes on the board)

Beside i dont find any performance drops with 3/8"ID tubing. I have another watercooling setup in my gaming/desktop system that use 3/8" tubing that performs just fine maybe a 1-2c less compare with 1/2" but easier and looks nicer.

Check out German's watercooling kits. They all use small tubing and performs fine enough.

the one empty fan grill, you may want to put in a card board block on it so the case fan doesn't rebreath its exhost. Nice setup btw

Sure when i have time, I will use alu tape.

But i think it wont matter much because my sidecase fan is sucking air out.
