hi, i need a new graphics card since my current one sucks

its a 9200se

i have a £100 - £120 budget

what good card should i get?

perhaps a 9600 pro?...it supports DX 9 and is a pretty decent card....the word on the Street is a 9600 pro is 30%slower than a 9800 pro which is just slightly out of your budget. A 9800 pro is $200 or about £134. I would reccomend my 9800 pro to anybody, its worth every penny.

Depending on how much it is to ship over-seas, you might find the best deals in the classifieds section. I believe you have access to it. Currently in the tip 10 posts, I see 2 9800pro's going for $160, add shipping to that and you could probably afford it.

more than likely cause the 128's go for $180 brand new

The 9800's are 128mb, but the 256's are rip offs anyway. I see no reason unless you are going to be running 1600x1200+ with anti-alaising.

My vote lies with either a 6200 (when it goes AGP) or a 6600 regular /GT (AGP)
