Smoke trails...

Anyone here ever tried

using the same smoke trail technique used in many wind tunnel tests to see where and how the air flows through a case? Not too sure how it would work but in theory wouldn't it help identify where dead spots were and whether the flow is smooth?

ya... you can use some dry ice or something to do it... i have never really bothered
