does anyone know of a freeware program that can be used to convert divx files to either VOB, wmv, mpeg, mpeg2, ra, or mov?

Virtual Dub can convert DivX to MPEG, I don't know about the rest.

Your going to want to use VirtualDub Mod for that. The original VirtualDub does not support encoding to mpeg, made this mistake before as well.

i downloaded the Mod version and it seems to have more features. thx, i probly would've taken me a few hours before i figured out i had a 10gig video file lol
