Need software to transfer palm to windows pocket?

Basicaly looking for something to transfer my PalmIIIc files to my MYPAL PDA without having to go thru each and ever contact and cut and paste the info. Have over 400contacts and three years of daily diary stuff on the palm before I killed it with a ten foot drop into a pan of motor oil (not recomended )
