Cheap Motherboard/CPU combo

I saw a deal posted here a while back about a MB and Processor for under $50 or so. I am putting a very small system together for my two youngest daughters 9 & 8 yrs old.
If anyone knows where the post is or knows where I can find a cheap combo please let me know.
Thanks

Also if you care people did not seem to get it to overclock to good. Any way still good for a second pc or for a kid, or friend well who ever.
