looks clean to me.

can you do us a favoir and close all programs that you can and repost that log, There is a lot of stuff in there. And first if you are worried about adware and spyware run ad-aware or the microsoft program, and remove anything it finds, then run Norton and remove anything it finds. What problems are you experiencing that you think you might have spyware.

Having popups and system slow down were my problems. I did run adware, spydot and spysweeper and found and removed alot of problems all different on each one.

Before fixing with HJT you should try to use the program uninstall if it is listed in add/remove programs.

These are suspicious but are very likely fine, but downloading stuff like this is an easy way to pick up spyware - you should get free downloads from reliable sites, like www.majorgeeks.com:

Please let me know where the ads are originating from or what they are advertising for? This may hint to what the infection is that is propagating them.

I would recommend that you follow the spyware removal steps here:

If you don't want to follow those, you should atleast disable system restore then restart into safe mode then run adaware, spybot, and spywareblaster.
