folding problem

Whenever i try to run a fullscreen app while folding@home is running the app keeps minimizing to the desktop and as soon as i close f@h it stops. Does anyone know how to fix this so i can keep f@h running while the app is also going?

I take it you are running the graphical client. There have been problems with the FAH graphical client minimizing games and full screen apps. To stop this, just install the One-Click version (uninstall the graphical client first), it will run as a service and stay out of your way. I also see you have 1GB of RAM, it would help your production to enable big packets by opening the config file in your C:/FAH folder, (or better yet the config file included in the One-Click install and change bigpackets=no to bigpackets=yes), also don't forget to change your username, but everything you need to know is in that thread by Wedo.

For optimized performance, update your client.cfg file with "Username=Seven", capitolized and spelled just like that.

yes i am folding under my forum name and now that i got a new hsf i will be folding 24/7
