Unhappy I did a stupid thing

I messed with the FSB through windows with nvidia's system utility. Yeah I know stupid of me. Never the less my sound card has gone MIA and my USB ports say that everything connected to it are malfunctioning. I don't think I fried anything or any of that. Basically I'm thinkin BIOS is F'd up or my windows install is F'd, perhaps both Lucky me!

My question is anyone have this happen? If not, you think it's windows or my bios? And what BIOS would you recommend. I've seen the massive thread by Jess, just wondering what everyone is running.

AMD 64 3000+
DFI Lanparty 250gb
ATI 9600xt/AIW

For the record this worked, everything came back to life. Except I have a new unknown device that doesn't seem to want to auto-detect the driver and I don't know what it is. Don't matta though in between frustration I can go play CS.

Yea thats why you dont use software to overclock. Too many conflicts. You should overclock strictly through the BIOS. If you need help with that just ask I and anyone here would be happy to help
