What Is The Max Voltage The ASUS AN8-SLI Can Do?? HELP

Ok, this might sound dumb but I have the ASUS board but my maximum voltage appears to be 1.50v even thou the board goes to 1.65v in the bios. Whatever voltage I set in the bios behond 1.5v is appearently only 1.5v in the end.

Does anyone know if this is a bios limitation?
