About the 2pins at the back of the MCP650

Ok, A while back I asked if any one had any ideas about the 2 pins at the back of the MCP650 pump, no one could think of any thing.

Today I got my multimeter and checked them and got this.

Voltage : 3.85x (X= wobling between 3-5)
Frequency : 0 Hz

So it made more questions then answers !

Is it a referance voltage, or speed controle voltage ? I'll try and find out on the net some more. Has any one found out here what they are for ?

It's a verry Clean & Stable DC signal, you could use it easely as a referance voltage for an out side circute ! as to what they are meant for lol I have no idea as well. Hope fully after some net searching I'll find out some thing.
