Neo2 Platinum OCing locking up PCI slots

Is this normal? I've got a 3000+ OCed to 260 FSB, but when I got to 270 FSB, my PCI slots lock up and don't work. I've tried switching between the bottom 2 slots with my wireless card and it doesn't work . Is this normal?

Do you have PCI clock auto detect enabled in the BIOS?
