HP A7217A and SONY GDM-FW900 Question about gaming

I'm buying a new monitor for gaming purposes and am wanting 1920x1200 resolution, I can't afford a LCD of the size/resolution that I want and I've found these 2 crt's at reasonable prices and was wondering if anyone has ever seen them or know of how well they would do in a gaming enviroment. I'm currently using a Dell M990 (21in) monitor so you can use that as something to compare the quality of what I'm used to seeing to those two mentioned in the title. Thank you.
