depends on what u wish to do, RivaTuner is a great utility for going beyond overclocking...then u have coolbits, which is another good one.
 
All you have to do is go into the nVidia registry entry and go to the NVTWEAK section, then add a DWORD value of "0000007", reboot, and it should come up. I think the number changed with the older drivers though, so it depends on what drivers you're running.
 
I used to have a Gigabyte GeForce FX5950 Ultra and the best overclocking program I found on the net would have to be Rivatuner.
