RS485 to RS232

I'm using a controller with eight RS485 outputs and need to controll six actuators with RS232 inputs...does anyone have any adapters or know the pin outs which would make this work correctly? (NOTE: I'm goign from 485 TO 232 so I'm downgrading to half-duplex)

Aaron
