How am I to get 1.65v

How am I to get 1.65v on an NCCH-DL and 1.6LV Xeons.

I have heard something about OVP. I don't mind modding the MB at all. These chips have more in them, I know it. I think that extra .05v will allow me to take them up to 3.4 or higher.

If anyone has an idea, let me know.

Specifically: Vcore - Vdroop MOd.

IT's for the PC-DL but a similar board so if the IC's on the motherboard are the same it should be the same or a similar mod. Also might want to search over @ 2cpu.
