Why does my Audigy not show up?

For some reason, my Audigy 2 Plat EX is not showing up in windows, and I can't install the creative drivers I downloaded for it cause it says that I dont have an audigy. But the external drive is getting power, so I know the internal one is too...what could be wrong here?

try re-seating it, sound cards can get messed up too...and what does it say in device manager?

nm, I got it...Had the wrong drivers, I just tried the 64 bit drivers (a pain to find) and its working fine.
