A64 3200(90nm) or A643500(90nm)

Is it worth the extra money to start with the 3500 for oc or is the 3200 just as capable of hitting a nice oc.

No real point to getting the 3500+. It overclocks identically to the much cheaper 3200+. I'd stick with that

Thanks for the reply I am buying it hopefully tommorrow and I didn't want to give the extra money with out getting any of the benefit.

I'd agree, except one thing, the 3500+ has passed tests at higher speeds with less voltage, hence it could potentially be a better overclocker.
