How much would this pc be worth?

a friend of mine is trying to get a 2 pc off his hands...
both of which he's trying to sell to me. id like your opinions on what they're worth.

the 1st one is the one im really interested in.
it has a aria case
300 watt antec PSU
soyo SY-P4RC350 400/533/800 fsb w/8x agp and integrated everything
2.8ghz 400fsb p4
arctic cooling hsf
512mb pc3200
40gb hd
8x dvd rom

and the other system is a
*800mhz p3 w/192mb ram

what do you guys think each of these are worth?

Not sure, but I'd give him $50 for the 900mhz shipped

imho (canadian prices):
1st rig: 700 maybe?
2nd: probably 200 or 300
but those might be a bit low.. i dunno

i just found out its an 800mhz but its not exactly in a normal computer case....

im in the process of negotiation right now and it sounds like he'll let it go for $300

the best part is it looks like these go for $260 bucks on ebay since they're the highest 400fsb cpu's! this sounds extremely unbelievable considering these go for like $175 on newegg...
if this is true id sell it and buy a 3.2-3.4 pressie or northwood
