Why do I show two 9800 pro cards in device manager?

Never noticed it before.
Shows one and one as secondary.

Thats normal for ATi cards. They show the DVI port as a secondary card. Nothing to phear

Sent nailed it. Every ATi card Ive ever owned has acted the same way.

All cards with 2 heads on it have dual video devices. 1 is primary video and the other is the secondary video. Thats all, now if you have 2 different types of cards in there (1 PCI and 1 AGP) you could have more in there. If its one card it should show the same name on both of them. Example, since you got a 9800, it should read 2 9800's under the display menu. If not then there is an issue.
