good,average or bad scores after 9800se to 9800xt bios flash?

Stock my sapphire 9800se 128mb scored 3473points in 3dmark03. After the usual route of softmodding etc. to see if its ok at xt speeds i went ahead and flashed the bios to xt. After, it jumped to 6986points. Overclocked it a little more and is now running 430/378 and gets 6998points. Is this good, average or low in comparison to others?

Btw. this is the first time i have done this to a video card, it was quite nerve racking flashing the bios lol.

I got 7028 last night after pushing the cpu some more. I have not got ram sinks on the 9800 yet so maybe with them on i could push the memory a bit more
