AMD Athlon 3200+ Barton Problem

I just made a new computer with a 3200+ and a ABIT NF7-S2G. I am aware that this motherboard is not good for overclocking like the NF7-S2, but I built this computer for a friend so I do not need to overclock. Anyways, the problem that I am having is that the processor is not running at the stock speed it is supposed to be. It is running at 1900+ (I think) @ 1100MHZ. Can someone please tell me how I am supposed to change it? Thank you.

Sorry I feel like such an idiot. It dawned on me that the multiplier was probably locked. So I checked the bios and it was running at 100MHZ instead of 200. I got it to work so if you want to delete this post you may.
