It's in Chinese and the translation is a bit painful even with Babelfish, but it looks like it can be done using RivaTuner, no flash.

All rivatuner is doing is unlocking the pipes, same as it does for 6800. As for turning it into a 6600GT, that is impossible due to clock speeds. This is old news actually. There was a post about it here not too long ago.

ashenfang - i believe both are based off the nv43 chip

hatkeeper - Newegg has a 6200 agp by aopen in stock

I'd wait to see some reviews of 6200 agp's and see how they do but it looks like a prommising way to save a little dough.
