Mounting Bracket question for 6800

Can anyone tell me if there is a 6800 or 6800GT that uses the two slot mounting bracket. I am looking at a card from an individual but do not know what model it is. Am I correct that the Ultra is the only 6800 series that uses the two slot mount and double thick heatsink and fan?

i've seen a few first gen HSF combo's that used a 2 slot design.....If it's a Gainward for sure it's a 2 slot use.
