battery volts

In the bios my battery is showing as 2.88v are these 3v or 3.3v?should I change it?

In all my years and all of my mobos I've never had to change a battery. This is a "new" board it should not need a battery. Also, I wouldn't trust the readings on the msi board. Lastly, if you don't have a problem with loss of cmos settings why fix it?
