Problem Buying a CPU cooler..

i live in Jordam - Middle East, and no company will ship a HSC to Jordan.. thus i cant buy 1 since no shop here sells any of em.. all ppl run stock coolers and i cant stay running 1 on my current bits.. my idle CPU temp is 44 and 50 under load.. its high and prevents me from OCing..

any1 can help lol.. dunno how maybe u can tell me a name of a company that can ship to jordan or something.. wud also like some recommendations on a decent air cooler for CPU, thnx
