I am one of the tougher ones (see sig for current setup timings )...but for the memory you are using...that is not bad really ...

try upping the voltage to around 2.8 - 2.85v...and see if you can get 7-3-3-2.5 or possible 6-3-3-2.5...if they will run at those timings...this should get you between 7300 - 7350 for memory bandwidth...
