Need Help Fast!!!

ok i have a dfi lan party 250 gb nf3, 1 gig of corsair, 6800 gt, western digital sata harddrive, and a lite on 16x dvd burner...

i got my parts today, after i pluged them all in i founf out that i couldnt boot the windows disk to install, it reads disk, says checking hardware, and then moniter shuts off and it freezes.

i have tried flashind the bios, new memory, new cd drive, new hardrive, and new graphics card...

i just spent 1300 and IT WONT WORK HELP ME PLEASE!!!

What brand and type of psu do you have ?

Also have you tried loading "optimized defaults" in bios ?

What cpu are you using ?

Have you set the CD drive as the first boot device?

yes he has tried that.......nothing works i think bad mobo....i tried replacing his psu but did the same thing and when i put my psu back in my comp....it wouldn't start...
