420W Enermax enough for A64?

Im building a comp for a m8, and hes on a bit of a budget.

Basically im trying to keep all these componets below without compromising any more:

A64 3000+ s939
DFI NF4 Ultra-D
512mb PQI TCCD
MSI 6600GT

What i would like to know, is do u guys think a 420W Enermax (strong brand like antec) will be able to handle these componets with other stuff like 1xHD, 1xDVD-RW?
