Dip switches on A7V133

Hey all... I was just wondering... I have not unlocked my Duron 800 yet, but if I were to change the dip switches to change the multiplier, would it work even though the CPU is still locked? That's all I wanna know.

it wouldnt work....your machine wont boot up and you will probably also get some beeps

U could changed the mobo setting that u can change speed of FSB and multiplier (W/ unlocked chip) in the BIOS, much more comfortable than picking in ur comp all the time.
