Fans From Electronic Goldmine?

Has anyone ordered fans from there and if so, do they come with the pin header already soldered on or bare wires? The description says "These have flexible red and black power leads terminating in a standard 2 pin female connector" i dont understand that, maybe im tired, maybe im stupid, maybe im just a little slow but could someone fill me in?

2 pin female connector means there aren't bare leads

Also, there isn't a tach lead, according to the description.

The only fans that I have ordered from them were 6 Sanyo Denki San Ace fans, and they came with bare leads, but according to the description, you should be fine. You might need to use a knife on the connector to let it fit on a 3 pin fan connector.
