This is what it looks like at 11:07am local time (Salina KS).

Aiming for Salina landing; 1:17pm local time

Just for the record, Lindberg's flight was 33 1/2 hours.

Fossett has been up in the air over 60 hours.

Now it's one hour to go.

Mission Status: 17:49UTC Steve has just crossed the Colorado/ Kansas border, and is entering into the final stages of his Round the World Flight. It has been 65 hours since Steve took to the air in the Virgin Atlantic GlobalFlyer! We should see him back in Salina with in the next hour!

He's landed :)

plus i didn't think it would be cool to have a whole thread with only one person doing all the posting
