Bios Boots-up then restarts

Tonight, I built the rig in my sig. However, when I boot-up the system it'll run thru it's diagnostics, let me go into the bios setup, etc... but before it goes to thru the boot-up of the floppy, hard drive and cd-drive, it restarts itself. Upon start-up, everything is recognized: memory, drives but it won't boot from them.

Any ideas? Thanks

is the heatsink installed properly?

I finally got it to work. Heatsink was on good but in order to get everything to work. I had to connect both the harddrive and cd drive on the primary ide cable. I had the hard drive on one of the RAID IDE slots and even though I had made the change in the Bios to make those slots read as normal IDE, Windows couldn't detect it.

Asus also emailed a day later and told me that you can also boot-up with a ITE8212 Driver disk that you can make off of the included cd. The driver will allow windows to detect the hdd on the raid ide slot.
