Java Virtual Machine Problems

Well im fairly new to java programming and i just installed code Warrior IDE on my compter but when i run it, it says that i have no jvm. So i tried download.com and various other places and downloaded the JVM and installed it but it still doesnt work. If neone has a link to a JVM that you know works or just ne tips that would be awesome
