need a replacment board foa a p4s533-mx

the board has a DMA failure ........... replace the IC if possible.
so we have decided to just replace the entire board.


any sugestions on what board i should go with



stats:
cheep pc2700 DDR333 noname ram
P4 2.6 processer (not sure what kind)socket 478
no vidio card(will get one when i buy board)

Any asus based on the 865G chipset or the ATI chipset would do fine. whichever is cheaper, i suppose.
