When you get errors like that, do a quick search on them, drop the exact error, like you posted in here, in your search bar, it'll usually find you the answer, like this: http://www.annoyances.org/exec/forum/winxp/t1071790317. If you don't understand the answer, or can't get the fix to work, ask for an explanation/help in here. Most Windoze errors are common, so someone else has probably asked somewhere, tis why the answers are so easy to find, although that isn't necessarily a good thing, heh. :D

<windows root>/system32/ntoskrnl.exe.

what thus this mean? THANKS :)
There had to be more to the message than that, right?

If you're getting an IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD pointing to ntoskrnl.exe, this link may be useful:
http://www.ntcompatible.com/thread10747-1.html

If you are getting a NTOSKRNL.EXE is missing or corrupt message, this page may be of some help:
http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000646.htm

It's also possible a virus modified the file, try scanning for viruses and spyware.
