Halflife 2 charcter mouths not moving

Running my new hardware in my sig. I reinstalled HL2 and looks great. Small problem is when characters are speaking their mouths don't open and close. They just wear the same smile and nod their head up and down. Anyone know how to fix this?

Using ATI cat 5.3.

did you upgrade your dx drivers???

cuse they are inportant as well

never heard of such a problem..u should probably try the valve forums??
