well, i say get a new mobo, more memory, a decent vid card and you should be fine

Talking Do you have a AGP slot?


If so you are ok.The CPU is still a good one with lots of OC potential.Add some more memory and even at stock speeds it will still work good.If you have to or want to just spend a little get a new board with 845pe chip and OC like crazy.
