transparent DVD overlay

Im putting this here becuase i am comparing it to my tvcard, if anyone has a better place to put this thread please suggest it, or mods move it. Thanks

Is there any way to watch dvds as a transparent overlay so i can do other things. I have an ATI tv tuner and when i am using the TV function I can do something called ATI thruview desktop where the tv plays over the top of everything else, full screen but I can still surf the web because the movie is 50% transparent or so.

I want to do that with dvds. Anyone know a program i can use

Im sure The_Coolest wrote a transparency program once as well, but that might just have been for the start menu.

that might work thanks, but im not sure i can put full screen dvds underwindows, unless that program will allow me to make the fullscreen dvd window transparent
