Right now I'm running on 1/25 BIOS which came with the mobo but I wanted to know is updating to the latest BIOS going to improve my OC'ing in any way. Right now I'm running 2.5GHz stable and memory running 2.5-3-3-7 with 1:1 and I never get above 28C.

no I have another one, but would it be safe to use two 4-pin floppy cables at the same time?

I don't see why not. You only use the floppy drive once in a blue moon anyways.
