E-mails with virus attached

I have been receiving 1-10 e-mails a day for just about a week now at my work. All have some kind of attachment that contains a virus. I traced a few of them with e-mail trackerPro and most of them are coming from the same ISP it seems..called XO communication out of Reston,Va. I did e-mail their abuse team(not that this does anything, but never know).

What, if anything, else can I do? Anyone else ever had something like this happen?

They probably have a comprimised machine, and might not even know about it.

What I would do, is block their domain on your email server. ie: @company.com
