Winchesters are rated as 1.4 V on VDD.

Desktop A64 939 (90 nm) Winchester
3000+: ADA3000DIK4BI 1.4V (DH8 D0 rev, 00010FF0h) <- Winchester, 512 KB L2, 1.8 GHz, x9
3200+: ADA3200DIK4BI 1.4V (DH8 D0 rev, 00010FF0h) <- Winchester, 512 KB L2, 2.0 GHz, x10
3500+: ADA3500DIK4BI 1.4V (DH8 D0 rev, 00010FF0h) <- Winchester, 512 KB L2, 2.2 GHz, x11

They probably just cut & coppied the description from their Newcastle product pages & used it for the winchester products with a few tweaks to the naming & stuff but forgot about the Core Voltage (most people don't care about that so it wasn't a biggie I'm sure if thats what happened).

So then the winnies that they have at 1.5v are wrong (link )?
That's just a typo.

130nm A64 CPUs run at 1.5v, that includes ClawHammers and Newcastles.
90nm A64 CPUs run at 1.4v, that includes Winchester, Venice, San Diego and Toledo.
