Raptor question

I just ran HD Tune to check the speed of my wd raptor:

Transfer max :68.5 "
Transfer ave :61.7 "
Access time :8.0 ms
cpu mode 6 udma mode 6 ultra ata133

Does this look right? WD claims the seek time is 4.2ms. Did I miss something when installed XP? Was there a driver or something I missed? I just want to get the full performance from this HD.

Your scores look just right. When harddrive companies advertise there seek times, they never include the access times, which delays the seek time... so your score is where it should.
