you need to add some voltage to get to 2.4GHz, i personally need 1.9v to get to 2.4GHz. maybe read some stickies on OCing for a start. you'll learn alot(if you havn't OCed before that is)

To bench at 2.6 with my tbred I need massive V. To hit 2.4 though I do need in the area of 1.9V, prob the same for you.

a7n8x boards are notorious for that , me and my buddy both had one and neither could get stable above 214/428 on the ram, with 2-2-2-5 3200 memory, i guess a volt mod may work but i just bought an abit nf7s now im running 240/480 on the same memory, and gave my a7n8x to my son

The 3200+ are not the best of CPU's at overclocking, as explained above you will be needing 1.85-1.95v to hit anything special with it. Make sure to burn-in, works for some, does not for others. I just had my experience with my duron and it worked so im happy.
Goodluck.
ps: make sure u got some nice cooling and watch those temps

Since you hit 215, I assume you have a rev 2.0

Trats is your friend if you want more FSB! I can hit 235 with all three boards in my sig.

That means nothing. What week was it assembled? And by the way, what you're doing wrong is trying to achieve 2.4 GHz with a 3200+ on air cooling. It's next to impossible. You should eBay that bad boy and get a mobile 2500+ or 2600+
