I'm trying to use a neural network which I have designed in Simulink to control a system connected to the computer. The network works fine, but I seem to have hit a speed bump.
To effectively control my system, I need an output rate greater than 25Hz from the port of the computer. I seem to be able to generate only 7Hz with my model. Now I do not know why this is happening. I have two theories, one that it could be because of the solver in SIMULINK itself being slow and hence not being to be able to speed up, the other that there is some sort of speed limit on the ouput rate of the ports in SIMULINK.
Anyone have any ideas on how I could speed it up?
Thanks in advance
