It however requires that .Net Framework 1.1 be installed.

Overclock etc , tweak image quality and even enable hidden stuff within Nvidia's drivers .It also claims to expose better SLI capabilities than the drivers normally allow. But being a third party application it isn't supported by Nvidia . Have a look at their site to see what what it offers and a look at the Beyond3D thread link which I posted to see some user opinions .

Seems like this program requires some certain drivers to work properly?
I didn't see any overclocking screen overthere, just basic driver settings what can be seen from NVidia's own driver utility.
