It's AGP. Outpost is a great site, though they have had quite a few typos of late! 
That's a great price if you really want to sink your bills into a high end AGP card.

I bought my PNY 6800gt from outpost around Christmas for $299 after rebate. They always have something on special. Outpost is the online storefront for Fry's electronics.
